Discover MRKREME: THE FLUFFY GALAXY, an 80s-style Retrofuturism art exhibition featuring fluffy monsters called "Mushkin" and their friends in 8-Bit form for the first time, running from now until 1 Mar 2026 at Open House, 6th floor, Central Embassy.
Open House on the 6th floor of Central Embassy has teamed up with renowned Thai-Hong Kong artist MRKREME (Andy Warakarn Jongthanapipat) and ARTXP to transform the space for “MRKREME: THE FLUFFY GALAXY,” inviting visitors to step beyond reality into a colorful and friendly universe of fluffy monsters infused with 80s vibes.
Behind the characters Mushkin and Corkin from KOOKY WORLD is the creative work of Andy Warakarn Jongthanapipat, an artist passionate about pop culture, street art, and nostalgic 80s toys. This exhibition not only showcases vibrant Pop Surrealism but also subtly conveys themes of human fragility and imperfection through compelling artwork.
The exhibition spreads excitement from the connecting roundabout all the way to the top floor of Central Embassy.
Beyond the displayed artworks, there are key highlights collectors should not miss.
“MRKREME: THE FLUFFY GALAXY” is more than just an art exhibition; it’s a space connecting people through 80s memories and boundless imagination.
