Farewell is never easy, especially when the "family member" leaving is a pet raised together. Eyedropper Fill, in partnership with allies, transformed a space at Bangkok Design Week 2026 into an emotional connection station between owners and their pets on a small star in the exhibition “Pha Jai Klap Dao” (Across the Rainbow Bridge), turning lingering sadness into a power to embrace oneself.
For many, pets are best friends and part of life. But when it’s time to say goodbye, questions often arise like “Did we take good enough care of them?” creating lingering regrets. The “Pha Jai Klap Dao” exhibition is designed as a safe space for visitors to reconnect with their inner feelings through experiences of light, color, sound, and touch.
The exhibition is divided into two carefully designed main experiences.
Nat-Nanthawat Charasruangnil, Project Director from Eyedropper Fill, revealed the concept as an extension of the “Pha Jai Klap Ban” (Homecoming) universe, shifting focus from general mental health to coping with loss (Grief).
“We want to use the concept Grief to Growth—caring for and understanding grief so we grow alongside it. Many try to escape sadness by distracting themselves, but when challenged again, they collapse. Facing grief directly can allow us to live with it more stably and for longer,” said Nat Nanthawat.
He also noted that pets today act as living companions or therapists at home. This exhibition creates an emotional safety net for people who bond with their pets as if they were children.
If you wish to journey to that star where your little ones are waiting, you can visit:
Currently, all online reservation slots are full, but organizers still allow interested visitors to walk in at the venue. Pets are not permitted inside the exhibition to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all visitors.
“Pha Jai Klap Dao” is more than an exhibition that invites tears; it is a space proving that love remains even when physical presence ends, and properly embraced grief becomes fertile soil for our hearts to grow strong.
