Spotlight on 5 Highlight Zones of “The 20 Years Ahead”: A Future Garden Exhibition by World-Class Designers

Ging Gaan Bai celebrates its 20th anniversary with the exhibition "The 20 Years Ahead," featuring five real garden zones that integrate technology and nature. The event is free to visit from 14 to 23 February 2026 at River City Bangkok.

Ging Gaan Bai, a leading modern garden design firm renowned internationally, is celebrating its 20th anniversary by hosting the exhibition "The 20 Years Ahead" under the theme "Future of Living Begins in the Garden." The exhibition recreates five types of real gardens within an art gallery, posing questions and exploring answers about living styles two decades from now. It runs from 14 to 23 February 2026 at River City Bangkok.

Two decades of Ging Gaan Bai

This exhibition marks the 20th anniversary of Ging Gaan Bai, led by founders architects Boy-Tawatchai Sakdikul and Ploy-Ploytabtim Suksang. Their most distinguished work includes being selected as one of seven Urban Garden entries at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021 in the United Kingdom, a prestigious global stage for garden design.

For this event, Ging Gaan Bai intends to transform the art exhibition space into a "Real Garden"—a living garden that reflects their identity and vision of what an ideal urban garden will look like in the next 20 years.

Highlights of the 5 future garden zones

Visitors will experience five garden styles that blend art and technology as follows:

  • Garden of Stillness: Focused on tranquility and fostering inner mental balance.
  • Garden of Connection: Uses natural textures to create relaxation through tactile sensations.
  • Garden of Motion: Showcases the changing play of light, shadows, and natural rhythms with automatic day and night mode transitions.
  • Garden of Memory: Features translucent layers filtering sunlight to evoke an atmosphere of remembrance and calm.
  • Garden of Imagination: Combines past and future elements, including a Treasure Hunt activity where visitors discover objects telling the brand’s 20-year journey.

Additionally, there is a Flower Diffuser workshop zone and a souvenir shop for design enthusiasts and home decor lovers.

Those interested can visit free of charge from 14 to 23 February 2026 at Galleria 3, 2nd floor, River City Bangkok.
