Unformat, a leading Virtual Production studio, has partnered with Cloud 11, Asia’s largest creative hub, to announce the triumphant return of UNFEST’26—a festival that art and tech enthusiasts must mark on their calendars.
They recently launched a warm-up project called “IMMERSIVE PRESS CONFERENCE TO UNFEST’26” inside a giant dome prominently set up at Bangkok Design Week 2026 in the Central Bangrak Post Office area, offering an early immersive experience before the main event in September.
UNFEST is not just an ordinary art festival; it’s a platform showcasing Real-Time Technology, which produces live visuals and audio without waiting for rendering. Awarded the Creative Excellence Awards 2025, this event truly represents"the future"of the Thai entertainment industry.
This year’s event expands in scale at its new home, Cloud 11, featuring five distinct zones of excitement.
1. UNFILM An in-depth look behind the scenes of modern filmmaking using Virtual Production from world-class experts.
2. UNCINEMA Experience movies beyond traditional viewing with 360-degree Immersive Dome screenings that make you feel like you’re inside the film.
3. UNLIVE Cutting-edge live performances where visuals and sound move in real-time with the music.
4. UNFOLD Workshop and networking spaces that encourage hands-on learning and idea exchange with industry professionals.
5. UNDEMO A zone showcasing the latest gadgets and software from leading global partners, serving as a hub market for production creators.
