Siam Paragon, in collaboration with the Royal Project Foundation, transforms the NEXTOPIA area on the 5th floor and Gourmet Market into the “Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2026 @ Siam Paragon” under the concept “Taste of Longevity: From Farm to Table.” The event showcases superlative ingredients and premium products from the highlands, delivered fresh to city dwellers from now until 29 March 2026.

Highlights“World-Class Ingredients”That You Must Try At Least Once

The event gathers premium products promoted by the Royal Project to support highland farmers. A must-try highlight is the “Royal Project Trout,” a high-quality freshwater fish with tender, flavorful meat, available fresh and smoked. Also featured is the world-class “black caviar” from sturgeon farmed inthe Siriphum waterfall systemon Doi Inthanon.

Additionally, freshly selected produce includes

  • cold-climate vegetables: Japanese pumpkin, Royal Project tomatoes, wrapped lettuce, cos lettuce, and Japanese cucumbers.
  • Quality fruits: cape gooseberries, passion fruit, and fresh plums.

Highland teas are equally enticing, including Katanyu-Ageuyun tea with mango and strawberry scents, Oolong tea 12 served in elegant ceramic jars, and sticky rice mango–scented Oolong tea evoking traditional Thai dessert flavors in a beverage.
