
The Treasury Department’s Currency Management Division will deploy Mobile Coin Units to provide coin exchange services, making it easier for the public who have coins and want to redeem them but have limited access.. Coins accepted include all types of circulating coins, both in good condition and damaged, such as blackened coins that have been cut, stamped, struck, pierced, or bent. In May 2026, services will be available at the following locations.
6 May – Saraburi Treasury Office, 09:30 – 15:00.
7 May – Nonthaburi Provincial Hall, 09:30 – 15:30.
11 May – Prachinburi City Pillar Shrine, 09:30 – 14:30.
14 May – Ang Thong Provincial Hall, 09:30 – 15:00.
18 May – Sala Loi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, 09:30 – 15:00.
20-21 May – PTT Gas Station in front of Suphanburi City Pillar Shrine, 09:30 – 14:30.
26-27 May – Phra Pathom Chedi, Nakhon Pathom, 09:30 – 14:30.
The Mobile Coin Units offer another channel encouraging people who have stored coins to bring them out for exchange, increasing circulation and providing convenience for those unable to access coin exchange services.Additionally, cooperation is requested fromthe public to bring cleaned coins without separating them into small bags to speed up counting and service.
