Naruekit Pride Co., Ltd. teamed up with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and partners from civil society, government, and private sectors to officially launch the major festival welcoming Pride Month June 2026. The “Bangkok Pride Festival 2026,” themed "Patch the World with Pride," runs a full five days from 28 May to 1 June 2026, transforming Silom Road into a vibrant rainbow economic zone. This becomes Southeast Asia’s largest celebration of diversity, marking a key milestone to push Thailand as host of Bangkok WorldPride 2030.
The festival began with the prestigious “Bangkok Pride Awards 2026” ceremony, held for the second year at Nex Hall, 5th floor, Siam Paragon on Thursday, 28 May 2026. It honored 24 individuals, groups, and organizations across 11 categories for driving gender equality and human rights, plus two special awards.
The event atmosphere was grand and inspiring, featuring a fashion show on a “rainbow carpet” packed with influential figures and LGBTQIA+ artists. The occasion drew overwhelming interest, creating a global fan-driven momentum with over 6 million votes cast.
Meanwhile, Central Pattana Public Company Limited and CentralWorld reaffirmed their status as a world-class equality landmark by launching the campaign “centralworld, WE ARE MANY: PROUD TO BE PRIDE 2026.” Partnering with leaders such as the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Durex, and Universal Music Thailand, they infused fun and momentum toward Thailand hosting World Pride 2030. A record-breaking massive rainbow flag was unfurled over more than 4,000 square meters in front of CentralWorld, celebrating equality via Thailand’s longest digital panoramic display, panOramix.
The official Pride Month festivities in central Bangkok took place from 30 May to 2 June 2026 at CentralWorld and Central Park, featuring standout activities that entertained and attracted large crowds, including:
Central Pattana continues to spread happiness throughout June 2026 with dazzling Pride parades at nine Central shopping centers nationwide: Central Phuket, Pattaya, Marina Outlet, Korat, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Udon, Nakhon Sawan, and Nakhon Si Thammarat.
