. Blood donation is one of the greatest charitable acts and can save the lives of patients needing blood in hospitals nationwide. According to the Thai Red Cross Society, the demand for blood for patient treatment continues steadily. To make it easier for the public, the Thai Red Cross has arranged mobile blood donation units at various locations throughout Bangkok and its metropolitan area.
Thairath Online has compiled the schedule of mobile blood donation units from 1–7 June 2026 to help everyone plan their visit to contribute and save lives as follows.

Although donating blood takes little time, donors should prepare their bodies by getting sufficient rest of at least 6–8 hours, drinking 3–4 glasses of clean water before donating, and eating a full meal. Avoid high-fat foods to ensure the best blood quality.
