/ Blood Donation Blood donation is one of the greatest acts of charity, capable of saving patients who need blood in hospitals nationwide. According to the Thai Red Cross Society, the demand for blood for patient care continues steadily. To facilitate the public, the Thai Red Cross Society has arranged mobile blood donation units scattered at various locations throughout Bangkok and surrounding provinces.
Thairath Online has compiled the schedule for blood donation units from 1-7 June 2026 to help everyone plan their visit to contribute and save lives as follows.

A single blood donation doesn't take long, but donors should prepare by resting adequately for at least 6-8 hours, drinking 3-4 glasses of clean water before donating, and having a proper meal. Avoid high-fat foods to ensure the best quality of blood.
