1. National-level elections and government examinations.

• The Social Security Board elections nationwide. Voting originally scheduled for 27 September has been postponed to Sunday, 11 October, from 08:00 to 16:00.
• Energy Business Department competitive examination. The exam scheduled for 27 September has been postponed indefinitely due to traffic problems and flooding.

2. Exams and academic activities at various universities.

• Kasetsart University. Canceled the advanced study exams both onsite at Bangkhen and online on 26–27 September 2026; new exam dates and times will be officially announced later.
• Thammasat University. Both Rangsit and Tha Prachan campuses have postponed midterm exams: subjects scheduled for 26 September moved to 4 October, and those for 27 September moved to 11 October. Additionally, classes on 28–29 September will be conducted online instead.
