A quick reminder for students and individuals aged 18 and over: the Merai eventThailandis now entering the final phase of seeking outstanding design works for the“Merai COMPETITION 2026 LOGO & LABEL DESIGN.”
This event offers you the chance to transform the image of community liquor and Thai craft beer by designing logos and packaging labels, competing for total cash prizes of up to 40,000 baht.
Winners will receive trophies and certificates, and their standout works may be produced and sold commercially, extending their success.
This year’s challenge is particularly interesting as you get to design identities for four brands winning at Merai Thailand 2025. Contestants can showcase their skills in either category or both, with no limit on the number of submissions. The challenge is divided into two groups as follows:
Winners in each category will receive 10,000 baht, a trophy, and a certificate. But there is a critical rule to remember:"Use of AI is strictly prohibited"in any part of the creation process, and digital original files (AI, PSD, PNG, JPG) must be submitted with at least 300 DPI resolution in CMYK color mode, also saved as complete PDFs.
Those currently working on their designs must speed up, as the first-round online selection will be on 5 Nov 2026 GMT+7, with results of the 20 finalists announced on 11 Nov 2026 GMT+7. These finalists will then create real mockups and present to judges on 1 Dec 2026 GMT+7. All works will be exhibited in a dazzling showcase at Merai Thailand, held at Emsphere Shopping Mall from 10-13 Dec 2026 GMT+7, with official winners announced on 12 Dec 2026 GMT+7.
