1. When a doctor orders rest and treatment

• Condition: must have a medical certificate ordering rest, and the employee must actually take the prescribed rest
2. In case of loss of work capacity
• Receives 70% of the monthly wage as compensation
• Entitled to benefits continuously for up to 10 years
• Condition: assessment of organ loss is made after treatment ends or when the condition stabilizes (or after one year from the accident date)
3. In case of disability
• Receives 70% of the monthly wage as compensation
• Protected for life
4. In case of death or disappearance
• Compensation at 70% of the monthly wage is paid to legal beneficiaries
• Benefits continue for up to 10 years
Currently, employees and employers can process claims more conveniently, with details as follows.
Notify the employer immediately : When an incident occurs, the employer must send the employee to an agreed medical facility and submit form GT.44 so the employee does not have to pay treatment costs upfront.
Submit form GT.16 : The employer must report the incident to the Social Security Office within 15 days, or the employee may submit the claim themselves within 180 days.
