HUAWEI is preparing to launch its new smartphone, the Mate X7, which offers water and dust resistance at IP58 and IP59 levels. It features a 3.5x Telephoto Macro camera and is accompanied by the HUAWEI WiFi Mesh X3 Pro router and the HONMA x HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Pro smartwatch.
HUAWEI Consumer Business Group (Thailand) announced plans to release its first smart device lineup for 2026, led by the HUAWEI Mate X7 foldable smartphone. This model focuses on enhancing structural durability with a five-piece curved mechanical hinge made from high-strength steel. The outer screen is protected by Crystal Armour Kunlun Glass, while the inner screen uses a three-layer composite structure, offering 100% greater bend resistance and 20% improved impact resistance.
Additionally, the HUAWEI Mate X7’s body uses aerospace-grade aluminum and a Composite Brocade Fiber back cover. It has passed water and dust resistance tests at IP58 and IP59 levels, capable of withstanding high-temperature water at 80 degrees Celsius and high-pressure water jets.
The Mate X7’s camera system employs True-to-Colour technology, enhancing color accuracy by 43% and increasing light sensitivity by 96% through its Ultra-Lighting HDR main camera. This works alongside a 50-megapixel Telephoto Macro lens that supports 3.5x optical zoom with a Periscope system.
For video, the Mate X7 supports 4K recording with a dynamic range of 17.5 EV. It is powered by a 5,600mAh Silicon-Carbon Anode battery and supports HUAWEI SuperCharge fast charging: 66W wired and 50W wireless.
The price of the HUAWEI Mate X7 will be announced alongside its official release on 6 February 2026.
Alongside the Mate X7, HUAWEI is launching the WiFi Mesh X3 Pro, a WiFi 7 (IEEE 802.11be) router capable of speeds up to 3.6 Gbps. It covers an area of 100-120 square meters per unit, features antennas designed to reduce interference, and includes Shark Fin Heat Dissipation technology to maintain signal stability under heavy use.
Users can manage the network and configure security through the HUAWEI AI Life app. The WiFi Mesh X3 Pro will be available starting 6 February, priced from 4,990 baht for a single unit and 7,990 baht for the suite package.
Among wearable devices, HUAWEI introduces the HONMA x HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Pro, a special edition smartwatch focused on golf functions. It includes maps of over 17,000 golf courses worldwide, features wind analysis, direction, green slope data, and an AI Caddie system that advises on club selection and shot direction.
The HONMA x HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Pro case is made from titanium alloy with a sapphire glass face. It offers comprehensive health sensors, including electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring, heart rate variability (HRV) measurement, and sleep quality tracking. One full charge provides up to 21 days of use.
This smartwatch will be released on 6 February 2026, priced at 11,490 baht.
