Garmin announced a new partnership with The Pokémon Company, the owner of the Pokémon Sleep app, to launch smartwatch faces in support of the World Sleep Day campaign.
This collaboration between Pokemon and Garmin aims to transform complex health data into an easy-to-understand format while highlighting the charm of Pokemon. There are 48 Pokemon designs available, supporting Garmin watches including the fēnix, Forerunner, Venu, and vívoactive models via the Connect IQ Store.
There are two main themes for use: Pokémon Sleep: Snorlax & Friends and Pokémon Sleep: I Choose You. These watch faces sync with Garmin data, and the Pokemon's posture changes based on the user's energy level. When energy is high, the Pokemon appears lively; as energy drops or approaches rest mode, the Pokemon looks more tired, helping wearers better understand their physical condition.
