
vivo is preparing to launch new smartphones, the X300s and X300 Ultra, with the flagship X300 Ultra emphasizing audio innovation focused on recording and delivering sound with greater realism.
At the end of March, vivo plans to release two new smartphones in the X300 series: the vivo X300s and vivo X300 Ultra.These models build on the vivo X300 and vivo X300 Pro.Both models feature large displays. The vivo X300s has a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen using a BOE Q10+ panel, supporting a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, with eye protection via Circular Polarization Light 2.0.
The vivo X300s is expected to use the Dimensity 9500 chipset, a large 7,000mAh battery, IP69 water and dust resistance, and a main camera with 200 megapixels.
The vivo X300 Ultra focuses on enhanced audio quality, featuring four upgraded microphones supporting Spatial Recording that uses AI to distinguish voices and reduce noise, along with a Directional Capture feature allowing users to tune sound from the front or back of the device.
The top speaker hardware is enlarged to three times the usual size, improving low-frequency sound by 4 decibels and extending the high-frequency range up to 20kHz.
Additionally, the vivo X300 Ultra's audio innovation includes a redesigned chassis, with the top portion structured as a highly efficient speaker enclosure.
The official launch of the vivo X300s and X300 Ultra is expected on 30 March, with sales starting in April, initially in China. The vivo X300 Ultra is anticipated to be available internationally around the second quarter of this year.
