On 23 April 2026 GMT+7 “OPPO Thailand” officially launched the “OPPO Find X9 Ultra” a new flagship smartphone emphasizing true ultra-level camera capabilities by integrating Hasselblad, the world-renowned high-end camera brand, into the phone, aiming to meet the needs of creators such as concert and travel enthusiasts seeking professional-grade sharp images. At the event, two flagship models were introduced:
The OPPO Find X9 Ultra stands as the star model in this launch, featuring premium camera capabilities and design that maximizes the Hasselblad essence. Inspired by the Hasselblad X2D camera, it offers a classic leather back, durability with IP69 rating for water and temperature resistance, and comes in two colors: Tundra Umber and Canyon Orange.
It is equipped with a Hasselblad Master system of five cameras, featuring larger sensors for capturing highly detailed, sharp images with natural and accurate colors, including a 50MP wide-angle lens, a 200MP Hasselblad main camera, with an ultra-sensing sensor delivering DSLR-level depth. Zooming or cropping retains full detail.
Next is the 200MP Hasselblad 3X Super Portrait Telephoto lens, which provides crisp images even at multiple zoom levels and supports macro photography starting as close as 15 cm. Additionally, there is a zoom lens that offers 10x zoom capturing details up to 50MP, and the final lens is the True Colours lens, which accurately reproduces colors close to what the eye sees, regardless of the lens used. It also includes features such as Hasselblad XPAN, allowing much wider panoramic shots than usual, and the Hasselblad Portrait mode, which provides natural skin tones.
For video, all cameras support 4K at 60fps with Dolby Vision and can record up to 8K resolution. It supports O-Log2, enabling post-production editing such as color grading.
It also meets the needs for photo and video recording at “concerts,” delivering sharp images even in low light, with unsteady hands, noise interference, and distant seating, thanks to the functions mentioned earlier and four microphones capturing 360-degree sound.
Beyond the built-in lenses, there is also an accessory lens kit, the OPPO Hasselblad Earth Explorer Kit, which enables shooting similar to a 300mm camera lens.
The display is a 144Hz 2K ProXDR Display, offering faster speed and sharper images, with brightness adjustable up to 3,600 nits. It uses a Trinity Engine x Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, for smooth and powerful performance, while the battery capacity is 7,050mAh, supporting 100W SUPERVOOC wired fast charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging.
comes with full-featured cameras and a premium square design that fits comfortably in hand, offered in three vibrant colors: Sunset Orange, Lavender Sky, and Midnight Grey. It features three Hasselblad cameras, each with 50MP resolution, namely ultrawide, main camera, and telephoto, capable of sharp images and consistent quality at all focus distances. It includes the Free Zoom feature, which ensures smooth zooming from 1x to 3x and supports up to 120x zoom, with natural background blur effects. It can shoot bursts with Lightning Snap, capturing clear images even when subjects are moving.
For video enthusiasts, the camera supports 4K 60fps Dolby Vision and allows seamless switching between front and rear cameras without stopping recording. It also includes Hasselblad XPAN for wider panoramic shots.
The full screen has narrow bezels of 1.15 mm and brightness adjustable up to 3,600 nits, making it convenient for outdoor use in bright sunlight. The in-display fingerprint scanner is upgraded to 3D Ultra Sonic for higher accuracy and security. The screen is also Splash Touch-enabled, usable even when wet.
Meanwhile, the battery has a capacity of 7,025 mAh, yet the phone is only 7.99 mm thin and weighs 202 grams for easy portability. It supports 80W fast charging that fully charges in one hour and is powered by the Trinity Engine X Dimensity 9500s CPU.
Both the OPPO Find X9 Ultra and the OPPO Find X9s run the ColorOS 16 operating system and feature OPPO AI including AI Mind Space, a personal smart assistant; AI Bill Manager, which organizes spending by scanning receipts and summarizing financial transactions; and AI Menu Translation, which supports multilingual real-time translation and speech. They also include security features such as a special owner tracking function in case of phone loss, cross-platform file sharing, and collaboration with Instagram for uploading photos and videos in high resolution without loss of detail.
