• Download and update the Pao Tang app to the latest version.
• Turn off Wi-Fi and enable mobile data using your new SIM card.

• Enter your ID card number and your current new phone number.
• Wait to receive an OTP code via SMS and enter it to verify.
• Choose to verify your identity through the Krungthai NEXT app or by facial scan as instructed.
• Set a 6-digit PIN to access the app normally and prepare to receive your benefits.

2. If you do not have the Krungthai NEXT app or your old number is suspended.

For those who do not use the Krungthai NEXT app and cannot receive an OTP on their old phone number,

• the account holder should bring their original ID card and a smartphone to any Krungthai Bank branch to update their phone number in the system. It is advised to do this before the registration date, as updating may take 1-2 working days.
