Xiaomi Launches REDMI Note 17 Series in Thailand with 4 Models, Highlights Pro Max Model with 10,000mAh Battery

Xiaomi officially launched the REDMI Note 17 Series in Thailand, consisting of four models: REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G, REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G, REDMI Note 17 5G, and REDMI Note 17 4G.

Xiaomi introduced the new REDMI Note 17 series to the Thai market with four models: REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G, REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G, REDMI Note 17 5G, and REDMI Note 17 4G.

The REDMI Note 17 Series features a redesigned camera module, rounded corners, and a dual-texture back cover. The Pro Max 5G model in Cloud Blush color uses a Photochromic back that shifts from white to a pinkish-orange tone when exposed to UV light.

Notably, this is the first time the REDMI Note lineup includes a Pro Max model, equipped with a large 10,000mAh battery.

The REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G is the series' top model, powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset and featuring a large 10,000mAh silicon-carbon battery supporting 100W wired fast charging and 27W wired reverse charging.

Both the REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G and REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G have 6.83-inch 1.5K resolution screens with a peak brightness of 3,500 nits, while the REDMI Note 17 5G and REDMI Note 17 have 6.99-inch displays.

For cameras, the Pro Max 5G and Pro 5G models use a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS stabilization paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The Pro Max 5G has a 32-megapixel front camera, while the Pro 5G features a 16-megapixel front camera.

Meanwhile, the REDMI Note 17 5G and REDMI Note 17 have a 50-megapixel main camera and a 16-megapixel front camera.

The REDMI Note 17 Series runs on Android 16 with Xiaomi's HyperOS 3 interface.

Battery capacities vary: the REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G has 8,340mAh with 67W fast charging support, while the REDMI Note 17 5G and REDMI Note 17 have 7,700mAh batteries supporting 45W Turbo Charging. All three support 22.5W wired reverse charging.

The intelligent battery management system maintains battery capacity above 80% even after 1,600 charging cycles, which Xiaomi states is equivalent to roughly six years of typical use.

Xiaomi also guarantees that the REDMI Note 17 Series will receive security patch updates for up to six years.

• The 6GB + 256GB model is priced at 14,999 baht.

The REDMI Note 17 5G is offered in Celestial Purple and Black.

• The 6GB + 256GB variant is priced at 11,999 baht.
• The 8GB + 256GB variant costs 12,999 baht.

The REDMI Note 17 4G comes in Celestial Purple and Black.

• The 6GB + 128GB model is priced at 8,499 baht.
