vivo, a leading smartphone brand, officially launched the vivo V80 Lite, the latest compact model in the V Series, on 17 September 2026 at Mega Bangna shopping center.
The vivo V80 Lite comes with the concept "Ten-thousand battery, surprisingly durable." This marks an interesting specification upgrade, especially in power management and device durability, reflecting readiness and confidence to handle any situation.
The main highlight of the vivo V80 Lite is its toughness, endurance, and durability. It features a BlueVolt technology battery with a high capacity of 10,000 mAh, the largest capacity vivo has ever produced. The battery's endurance is validated by a Guinness World Record for continuous live streaming lasting 32 hours and 37 minutes without pause.
It supports video playback for up to 30 hours and continuous gaming for 14 hours. The battery uses a semi-solid electrolyte technology designed to withstand extreme heat, operating stably even at 45 degrees Celsius. It supports up to 45 hours of talk time and 16 hours of GPS navigation. Additionally, it includes a large 3,800 square millimeter Vapor Chamber cooling system, increasing cooling area by 250% over previous models, reducing device temperature by approximately 1.4 degrees Celsius during short video playback in hot conditions.
The battery lifespan extends up to 1,400 charge cycles and supports Reverse Charging to turn the smartphone into a power bank. It also features Battery Extender to prolong emergency power when the battery is nearly depleted.
Regarding durability, the vivo V80 Lite is designed to withstand various environmental conditions, passing military-grade drop tests. It upgrades water and dust resistance to IP68 and IP69 standards, capable of withstanding high-pressure water jets.
The display features a 6.83-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution and 449 PPI pixel density, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1.07 billion colors. It supports HDR10+ and achieves a maximum brightness of 2,000 nits, certified with a 5-star SGS rating for outdoor visibility, blue light reduction, and flicker reduction.
For performance and camera systems, the vivo V80 Lite runs on OriginOS 6 with the Origin Island notification feature. It includes a 50 MP Sony IMX852 main sensor capturing realistic details and a 32 MP wide-angle front camera, supporting heavy processing and usage.
This vivo V80 Lite model offers a sleek, sophisticated design typical of the V Series, available in three colors: Emerald Green, Afterglow Pink, and Dawn Black. Prices are accessible, with 6GB + 128GB priced at 13,999 baht and another 6GB + 256GB variant at 15,999 baht. Pre-orders run from 18 to 24 September 2026 via vivo Flagship Stores, online channels, and authorized retailers, with official sales starting on 25 September 2026.
With its performance, toughness, and quality, the vivo V80 Lite stands out as a mid-range smartphone packed with a strong battery and durability, ideal for users who need a phone that lasts over a day without worrying about charging during the day.
