The long wait is over for art enthusiasts and collectors as THΞPOP 2026 (International Creative & IP Art Fair), Thailand's first international creative and intellectual property art fair, has officially opened.
This event is a gathering of artists, creators, collectors, and art lovers who have come together in large numbers to seek new inspiration under the warm theme "Safe to Bloom."
Organized by the Bangkok Contemporary Art Fair, the event aims to provide a platform for young creators to showcase their work and to promote Thailand's advancement asthe "Creative Economy Hub of Asia"in a full-fledged manner.
The fair is packed with Art Toy, Character IP, and contemporary art from over 60 leading artists and studios across Asia, representing 12 countries worldwide (Thailand, USA, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Myanmar).
Visitors will encounter works from many famous names including Space Rabbit Studio, Fools Paradise, Takuma Fujisaki, Unbox Industries, Tahilalats, Fumeancat, Tum Ulit, Nual the Dog, KNN.Five, Mr. Do Nothing, Henky, and many more.
On the opening day (18 June 2026), the event was honored by Ewon Yang from Bangkok Contemporary Art Fair Co., Ltd., who presided over the opening ceremony, followed by an exciting evening performance by Tay Tawan and Polcasan, who also took part in activities during the event.
The first solo exhibition in Thailand by Chen Yu-Lin: Don’t miss "Blooming in Silence — A Cat Among Singing Plants," a solo exhibition by the renowned Taiwanese artist and illustrator who has collaborated with global brands such as Louis Vuitton and China Airlines.
The adorable relaxation zone from give.me.museum: After exploring, visitors can rest at the popular zone featuring a Balloon Installation characternamed “Nong Due”,a cute red-haired girl who reclines on a soft floral beanbag to recharge.
Full-day activities and workshops: Unleash your creativity with T-shirt screen printing by Epson, pattern drawing in the Blacklight room using Posca markers, meet artists in Artist Talks and Fan Sign sessions, watch live wood carving by Henky, and enter a Lucky Draw to win limited edition collectibles.
Get ready to enjoy this healing art experience for free. The event is expected to attract over 60,000 visitors throughout its duration. THΞPOP 2026 runs from 18–21 June 2026 at centralwOrld PULSE, floors 7–8 (CentralWorld shopping mall), open daily from 10:00 to 22:00 with free admission.
