This event will turn ordinary sand into spectacular art. Mark your calendar to enjoy sea breezes and art from 27-31 August 2026 at Pattaya Beach, in front of Central Pattaya shopping mall.
The first highlight for content creators is to prepare your cameras for viewing five giant, intricately crafted sand sculptures that tell the unique story of Pattaya and the cultures of Thailand’s four regions. These sculptures promise unique and stylish photo opportunities. Additionally, for those wanting hands-on participation, the event offers a Sand in a Bottle workshop where you can create your own sand art and take home a one-of-a-kind souvenir.
As the sun sets, Pattaya Beach will become even more thrilling with Light & Sound performances that combine lights, colors, sound, and fun to present a nighttime perspective of Pattaya Beach you’ve likely never seen before. Shows will be at 18:30 and 20:00, followed by a spectacular VDO Mapping show that animates the sand sculptures with light, color, and advanced effects to tell Pattaya’s story. These will be held at 19:30 and 20:30.
This festival marks a major transformation, turning every grain of sand into art and elevating art into a new beachfront landmark that everyone must visit at least once. Find some free time late August and come experience this seaside art event yourself.
