For first prize claims, winners must go to the Government Lottery Office on the ground floor.
Book a queue online in advance at www.glo.or.th, GLO Lottery app, or QR code. One queue per person per ticket, up to 200 tickets.
Prize payments are made by bank transfer or by Krung Thai Bank check.
Steps for paying the first prize
1. Staff ask winners to sign the back of each winning ticket and receive a queue card. 2. Count and verify the number of tickets correctly. 3. Record ID card or government-issued card data and ticket information in the payment system, verifying all tickets. 4. Issue a receipt for the tickets from the winner as proof. 5. Check the validity of all tickets using a blacklight machine. 6. Send tickets to verification department for confirmation.

Print the check, stamp "A/C PAYEE ONLY," and have two authorized signatures.
