How to claim first prize lottery winnings
For first prize payment procedures, winners must claim their prize at the Government Lottery Office on the G floor.
Advance online queue booking before service is available at www.glo.or.th, the GLO Lottery app, or via QR code. One queue per person per ticket, up to 200 tickets.
Prize payments are made by bank transfer or by cheque from Krung Thai Bank.
First prize payment steps
1. Officials require the claimant to sign the back of every winning ticket and receive a queue card. 2. Count and verify the number of tickets correctly. 3. Record identification card data or government-issued ID and enter ticket information into the payment system, verifying all tickets. 4. Print the cheque, stamp it with 'A/C PAYEE ONLY,' and have it signed jointly by two authorized persons.
