How to claim lottery prizes for first prize winners
For first prize claims, winners must go to the Government Lottery Office on the ground floor.
Book an appointment online before receiving service at www.glo.or.th, via the GLO Lottery app, or QR Code. One queue per person per ticket, maximum 200 tickets.
Prize payments are made by bank transfer or by Krung Thai Bank check.
First prize payment procedure
1. Officials ask prize claimants to sign the back of each winning ticket and receive a queue card. 2. Count and verify the number of tickets for accuracy. 3. Record ID card/government-issued card details and ticket information in the payment system, verifying all tickets. 4. Issue a receipt for the tickets submitted as proof to the claimant. 5. Check the authenticity of each ticket using a blacklight machine. 6. Send tickets to the verification department for further authenticity checks.
In case of payment by check
Print the check and stamp it with "A/C PAYEE ONLY" and two authorized signatures.
Prize claimants verify payment details including name, prize amount, and tax/fee on the display screen before confirming and signing electronically.
In case of payment by bank transfer
