Subdistrict Administrative Organization Employee Wins 6 Million Baht Lottery After Buying Ticket at Funeral

A Khok Tum Subdistrict Administrative Organization employee had exceptional luck by purchasing a lottery ticket with a favored number from a street vendor at a funeral and was delighted to win the first prize, receiving a major 6 million baht prize.

On 2 Dec 2025 GMT+7, reporters reported that after the government lottery results for 1 Dec 2025 GMT+7 were announced, the first prize number was 461252, the front three digits were 655 and 389, the last three digits were 137 and 995, and the last two digits were 22.

Recently in Buriram province, a fortunate winner of the 6 million baht first prize was Mr. Noree, age 56, a contract employee working as a water production worker at the Khok Tum Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Prakhon Chai district, Buriram province.

Mr. Noree said that on the day he was helping at a relative's funeral, a street vendor came to sell lottery tickets at the event. Due to personal preference, he looked over the tickets at the stall and was drawn to the number, deciding to buy one ticket.

After the draw, he was initially unaware that he had won the first prize until he recently checked his lottery ticket and discovered he had become a new millionaire. Regarding the 6 million baht prize, Mr. Noree said he has not yet decided how to use the money and prefers to keep it for careful consideration.
