Regarding the candle wax tears floating in the holy water basin, those fond of gambling observe these to try their luck. Interpretations of the numbers vary depending on individual perception. Some of the candle wax numbers placed on a tray show 582 and 90, which reflects personal beliefs.
Luang Pho Pak Daeng Temple is considered one of the top tourist destinations in Nakhon Nayok Province, and visitors never miss the chance to stop by and pray. "Luang Pho Pak Daeng" is the principal Buddha image in the main ordination hall, revered by the people of Nakhon Nayok and the public. It is a bronze Buddha image in the meditation posture, measuring 49 inches wide at the lap and 1 meter tall, crafted in the Lan Chang art style. The figure is adorned with dok pikun floral patterns, has slightly parted lips, and clearly visible red coloring on the mouth, which is why locals call it Luang Pho Pak Daeng (Red Mouth Monk).
