Lottery enthusiasts braved the darkness to perform a ritual requesting "lucky numbers" from Paya Bung, the mother with a young, in Prachinburi Province. They remained determined despite waiting more than two hours and eventually received lucky numbers they liked for betting.
On 11 March 2026, reports stated that late on 10 March at Village No. 4, Yan Ri Subdistrict, Kabin Buri District, Prachinburi Province, lottery fans braved the dark to perform a ritual seeking prophecy numbers from "Paya Bung," the mother with a young. This was a newly formed nest facing east, in accordance with lottery enthusiasts' traditional methods.
Upon arrival at the location, they found the Paya Bung nest, lit incense to inform the spirits, raised a traditional offering tray (Khun 5) as prescribed, and dropped two sets of papers listing numbers 0-9 into the nest. However, the Paya Bung remained silent and still, leading everyone to believe the ritual might fail, yet they patiently waited despite doubts.
After more than two hours passed, Paya Bung finally pushed out five sheets of paper, separated into two sets: 2 9 1 and the second set 5 7. This brought relief and joy to all as the mother with a young pushed out these scrolls of paper.
The lottery hopefuls then used their phones to photograph the numbers to take with them for the 16 March 2026 lottery draw, according to personal belief. They all hoped to receive luck from this particular Paya Bung mother with a young.
