A woman from Nakhon Pathom, after successfully obtaining her marriage visa, is preparing to travel to Korea. She brought 99 pumpkins as an offering to fulfill a vow to Hermit Phrommet and did not forget to check the "lucky numbers" from auspicious incense to try her luck on 1 Apr 2026.
On 25 Mar 2026, reporters reported that at the Hermit Nen's Ashram in Potang Subdistrict, Bang Sai District,Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province,many people, both Thais and foreigners, traveled to pay respects to sacred figures within the ashram, including the large HermitPhrommet,the Kuman Thong Chao Sua Heng,and Thao Wessuwan,depicted with nine faces, standing 16 meters tall, as well as Mae Takian, the red-bodied Ganesha, the Hermit with Naga Scale, Luang Por Mee, and the monkey spirit in the Jindamani cave.
Visitors brought pumpkins, rice, drinking water, and fruits to make offerings to Hermit Phrommet.Some also brought red drinks, snacks, and toys to make offerings to the Kuman Thong Chao Sua Hengafter their wishes were fulfilled.They also participated in ceremonies offering rice, lifting the Father Elder, receiving holy water from the naturally formed black conch shell, and had Hermit Nen perform sacred inscriptions and anoint their hands to open the door to wealth for auspiciousness.When asked, Ms. Narin Naowadee from Nakhon Pathom, who brought 99 pumpkins to offer to Hermit Phrommet,
said that she previously came to pay respects to the Hermit Phrommetand prayed for her marriage visa to be approved, which came true. Today, she came to fulfill her vow by offering 99 pumpkins.She expressed joy that her marriage visa was approved,so she offered the pumpkins first as she is scheduled to travel on the 2nd.Before leaving, Ms. Narin also checked the auspicious incense numbers from Hermit Phrommetto use for a lottery chance before her trip, receiving the number 847 to try her luck for the 1 Apr 2026 draw.
