Lucky Number Spotlight: PM’s Rental Car Plate Checked During Surprise Fuel Inspection in Nakhon Phanom Province, Lottery Hopes for 1 Apr 2026

Lottery enthusiasts did not miss the chance to check the “lucky number” on the rental car of Prime Minister Anutin during his surprise inspection of the fuel situation in Nakhon Phanom Province, sparking hopes for lottery luck on 1 April 2026 ahead of Songkran.

On 29 March 2026 at 11:49 a.m., at the Kulsak Wimon fuel station on Chayangkun Road, That Phanom Subdistrict, That Phanom District, Nakhon Phanom Province, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul rented a car to personally drive and randomly inspect the fuel situation in the province.

Currently, Nakhon Phanom has a total of 333 fuel service stations, including 72 large stations. In That Phanom District alone, there are 10 large fuel stations. The diesel supply status has started turning green and is distributed across all districts, while other fuel types are also being served normally without the previous tight queueing.

Sujitra Sanguansiri, the Energy Officer of Nakhon Phanom Province, who accompanied the mission, said the Prime Minister emphasized that the province should increase public awareness about energy conservation and closely monitor the fuel situation during the Songkran festival to ensure sufficient supply for consumers.

During the visit, Atthit Sampanrat, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, along with Siam Sirimongkol, Director-General of the Community Development Department, Lieutenant Colonel Adisak Noisuang, Governor of Nakhon Phanom Province, and governors from nine provinces in Upper Northeastern Thailand also joined the mission while opening a workshop on raising awareness and promoting the royal initiative to elevate and develop Thai fabric and handicraft heritage, inspired by Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana, held at Veladee Hotel, Mueang Nakhon Phanom District.

Meanwhile, lottery enthusiasts eagerly noted the lucky number from Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul’s rented vehicle—a white Toyota Veloz seven-seater with license plate 5ขล 6523 Bangkok—which many hope will bring them luck in the lottery draw on 1 April 2026.
