A very lucky woman brought 500,000 baht to offer in repayment to "Luang Pho Yai" at Wat Huai Sub after winning a prize and selling land. Another lucky winner won 22 lottery tickets ending with the number 47 and lit firecrackers in thanks. At 17:30 on 1 April 2026, reporters went to Wat Huai Sub in Namatuam subdistrict, Phanat Nikhom district, Chonburi province, after learning that a 56-year-old woman had brought over 500,000 baht to make a vow repayment to Luang Pho Yai. She had received lottery winnings and achieved success after praying for luck from Luang Pho Yai.
Also present was a 13-year-old girl who had prayed to pass the entrance exam for a prestigious school with high competition. After she succeeded and enrolled, she came to perform a dance offering to Luang Pho Yai in front of the viharn. Additionally, over 20 villagers came to make vow repayments and brought more than 30,000 firecrackers to light as offerings after winning lottery tickets ending in 47, each holding 10 tickets and receiving 20,000 baht each, filling the viharn.

She brought 500,000 baht to repay her vow to Luang Pho Yai and to contribute to the temple's restoration as promised.
Meanwhile, 13-year-old Kaohom said she was going to attend a prestigious school in Chonburi. She vowed to Luang Pho Yai that if she passed the exam, she would perform a dance offering. Mr. Berm, 48, a lucky winner with 22 lottery tickets ending in 47, winning over 50,000 baht, said he came to worship Luang Pho Yai and received a blessing. The monk wrote a sacred number talisman with the number 47 on his forehead. He then bought 22 lottery tickets all with that number. When the lottery was drawn, he was happy and came to make a vow repayment to Luang Pho Yai.
After completing the vow repayment, firecrackers were lit. Locals eagerly observed the firecracker remnants and saw the numbers 573, 64, 114, and 34. They took these numbers to try their luck in the next lottery draw on 16 April 2026.
