Devotees joined the foundation stone laying and consecration ceremony to build a Thao Wessuwan statue over 14 meters tall at the Giant Forest Park in Phitsanulok. Lottery enthusiasts did not miss spotting"lucky numbers"on the foundation stone to try their luck in the 16 Apr 2026 lottery draw.

On 9 April 2026, reporters in Phitsanulok visited the Giant Forest Park in Tha Chang Subdistrict, Phrom Phiram District, Phitsanulok Province, where a foundation stone laying and consecration ceremony was held for constructing a Thao Wessuwan statue in the posture of enjoying happiness and granting blessings, standing over 14 meters tall. Many devotees of Thao Wessuwan participated in the ceremony.

Mr. Somkiat Jansawang, 40, caretaker of the Giant Forest Park in Phitsanulok, said that today the park held a consecration ceremony for Thao Wessuwan and other sacred entities using Brahmin rituals, Buddhist monks chanting sutras, and the laying of the foundation stone for the construction of the more than 14-meter-tall statue. This will serve as a spiritual check-in spot for devotees traveling to Phitsanulok to pay respects and ask for blessings.

Additionally, the Giant Forest Park houses four large Thao Wessuwan statues, each 4.5 meters tall, and eight Thao Wessuwan statues representing days of the week. Devotees from Phitsanulok and nearby provinces came to participate in the ceremony and worship to seek blessings for luck, business success, and prosperity. Today, believers seeking lottery luck spotted numbers 24 and 55 on the foundation stone.
