Local residents flocked to see the "lucky numbers for this draw" from the sacred incense of "Thao Wessuwan" at Nong Thong Temple to try their luck for the 2 May 2026 lottery.
On 26 April 2026, reporters observed that at the Cave of the Wealthy area, Nong Thong Temple, Village 11, Ban Suan Subdistrict, Mueang District, Sukhothai Province, the statue of "Thao Wessuwan" is enshrined. Many locals came to pay respects and ask for luck in front of the cave, crowded due to the government lottery draw occurring in just seven days.
Meanwhile, locals, lottery enthusiasts, and fortune seekers gathered to look for lucky numbers from the incense lit in worship of Thao Wessuwan. Some came to make merit offerings after having success at work following a big win in the previous lottery draw.
Additionally, those present observed the lucky numbers from the incense smoke in front of the statue: 393, 645, 92, and 68. They plan to use these numbers for the lottery draw on 2 May 2026.
