On 12 May 2026, it was reported that on 11 May at Wat Khok Sawang, Yanri Subdistrict, Kabin Buri District, Prachinburi Province, a ritual was held to invite Luang Pho To, a sacred Buddha image over 60 years old, to be enshrined in a new viharn built on land newly filled by the temple for the ubosot construction.
. "Luang Pho To" is a sacred Buddha image long revered by local residents. It was created by the temple in 1961. After completing the base of the new viharn, the temple held a ritual to invite Luang Pho To to be enshrined there, aiming for beauty and convenience for worshippers paying respects.
Meanwhile, local spiritual believers and lottery fans focused intently on the 'lucky numbers' from the 2,000 firecrackers set off by the committee. The firecracker ends were partially burnt, revealing only the number 49, while the incense sticks used for divination showed the number 678.
However, what caused a stir was the license plate 70 – 1334, which belonged to the crane that lifted Luang Pho To into the new viharn. Lottery enthusiasts took all these numbers to try their luck in the 16 May 2026 draw, following their personal beliefs.
