Spotlight on the "lucky numbers" from Chatchat's campaign vehicle plate as he advances his campaign after drawing number 9; lottery fans did not miss using this as guidance for the June 1, 2026 lottery draw.
After the lottery draw for Bangkok governor candidates today (28 May 2026), Chatchat Sitthiphan, an independent candidate, drew number 9 and immediately started canvassing by touring the Victory Monument area in a campaign vehicle, playing his signature song “Chatchat, Chatchat, Go Number 9.”
Chatchat then met with the public around the connecting skywalk area. Throughout his walk, many people greeted and encouraged him. He asked the public to remember number 9 to re-elect him for another term.
During the campaign, a middle-aged woman asked about solutions to the problem of foreign workers competing for jobs and accessing the education system. She said she had complained several times but no serious action had been taken by the Ministry of Labor or Bangkok authorities. Chatchat explained that Bangkok has sent municipal officers to regularly inspect the areas and encouraged people to report any issues they encounter.
Chatchat then traveled by BTS Skytrain to the Asoke area, where he spoke about plans to further develop skywalks in many parts of Bangkok, especially in high-traffic areas like Sukhumvit or locations connecting schools, universities, and communities. He also mentioned ideas to install covered walkways in some spots to protect people from sun and rain.
Besides the policies of Team Chatchat and the catchy campaign song “Chatchat, Chatchat, Go Number 9,” many people focused on the campaign vehicle’s license plate, ก 4718 Samut Prakan, hoping to use it as a clue for the June 1, 2026 lottery draw.
