Lottery enthusiasts performed a ritual to seek lucky numbers from 'Phaya Bung' in Ang Thong province. Despite the rain, they stayed determined and smiled after receiving the 'lucky numbers' as guidance for the 1 June 2026 lottery draw.
On 30 May 2026, reports stated that at a grassy area near a house in Ang Thong province, gamblers were found performing a ritual to divine numbers from 'Phaya Bung.' According to belief, they placed three sets of papers with numbers 0-9 into the hole so that Phaya Bung would bring out the numbers and place them. This took place the previous night.
By 'Phaya Bung' had placed the paper at the hole’s entrance. When opened, the numbers 44 were revealed before a light rain began. After the rain in the morning, 'Phaya Bung' again placed paper at the hole’s entrance. Opening it revealed the number 579, which was then used for lottery betting according to the belief.
