Overjoyed to tears, a lucky vegetable vendor shares the origin of the "lucky numbers" that brought her big fortune, winning the first prize lottery on 1 Jun 2026 and receiving 6 million baht.
A reporter stated that after the 1 June 2026 government lottery draw, the first prize number was 173770. It was reported that a vegetable vendor at the Kamphaeng Phet Shopping Center Market in Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Kamphaeng Phet Province, was lucky enough to win the first prize.
Upon investigation, the winning vegetable vendor was identified as Ms. Intira Saisun, 25 years old. She showed the lottery ticket number 173770, which matched the first prize number for this draw. She won with one ticket and received 6 million baht. Afterwards, fellow vendors who heard the news came to congratulate her.
Ms. Intira revealed that she dreamed of an old man telling her to buy the numbers 173-770 and that if she won, she should make merit. While selling at the market, a lottery vendor passed by, and she asked to see the tickets at the stall, finding the number 770 which matched her dream. There were two tickets, but she bought only one because she had no more money.
After the draw, she discovered she had won the first prize and cried with joy, as she did not expect to win. She was in debt from vegetable purchases and now can pay off her debts. She also plans to make merit for the old man who appeared in her dream, intending to donate at a temple in her home village, Doi Muser. She belongs to the Muser ethnic group and is currently five months pregnant—perhaps the baby brought her luck. She plans to continue selling vegetables.
Later, Ms. Intira and her husband went to file an official report, where they met Police Lieutenant Thanakrit Pis-on. Upon hearing the news, the duty officer was shocked and said he felt goosebumps, as he had just transferred to this police station and was on his first shift. He recounted that at his previous station in Lan Krabue, a similar event happened—the day he transferred and went on duty, someone won the first prize and came to file a report as well.
