Kraisorn Saenganan and Lukphet Phum Phuang, the only son of Phum Phuang, along with Mr. Jakkrit Luangwilai and the committee and fans, performed the ceremony to welcome the spirit and ashes of Phum Phuang Duangjan from her ashes shrine to be placed in the Suthammarat Ratbamrung prayer hall, allowing fans to pay respects and make wishes. This marked the official opening of the event.
Following this, songs were performed “Siam Muang Yim, Som Tum, Nak Rong Ban Nok, Kaew Ror Pee, and Kor Hai Ruay” by Phum Phuang Duangjan, accompanied by loud firecrackers exploding throughout Wat Thap Kradan to inform the spirits and the soul of Luk Thung queen Phum Phuang Duangjan. Lukphet presented garlands with the ashes of Mae Phueng and revealed the firecracker tail numbers lit during the ashes welcoming ceremony: numbers 469 and 93. Fans eagerly noted these lucky numbers for lottery chances.
Tonight’s concert features performances by Ja Nongpanee, Surachart Sombatjaroen, Joy Beyond, Phennapha Mukdhamas, Suda Srilamduan, Kru Chaiyana Boonnachot, Nui Suwina Rsiam, Suksan Wansawang, and many other artists who will serenade Phum Phuang’s fans to ease their longing.
