How to claim lottery prizes for first prize winners
For first prize payment, winners must claim their prize at the Government Lottery Office on the ground floor.
Book an online queue in advance at www.glo.or.th, the GLO Lottery app, or via QR Code. One queue per person per ticket, with no more than 200 tickets.
Prize payments are made by bank transfer or Krung Thai Bank cheque.
First prize payment procedure
1. Staff will have the claimant sign the back of each winning ticket and issue a queue card. 2. Count and verify the number of tickets accurately. 3. Record ID card or official government-issued card data and ticket information into the payment system, verifying the count of all tickets. 4. Prepare a receipt form for the claimant as proof of ticket submission. 5. Verify the authenticity of all tickets using a blacklight machine. 6. Submit tickets to the verification department for authenticity confirmation.
In case of payment by cheque
Print the cheque, stamp "A/C PAYEE ONLY," and have it signed by two authorized persons.
The claimant reviews the payment details including name, prize amount, and tax or duty fees on the screen before confirming and signing electronically.

The claimant verifies the payment details—name, prize amount, tax or duty fees, bank name, and account number—on the screen before confirming and signing electronically.
