How to claim the lottery prize for First Prize winners
For First Prize claims, winners must go to the Government Lottery Office on the ground floor.
Book your queue online in advance at www.glo.or.th, the GLO Lottery App, or via QR Code. One queue per person per ticket, maximum 200 tickets.
Prize payments are made by bank transfer or Krungthai Bank check.
First Prize payout procedure
1. Officials have prize claimants sign the back of each winning ticket and issue a queue card. 2. Officials count and verify the number of tickets accurately. 3. Record claimant’s ID card/government-issued card information and enter ticket data into the payment system, verifying every ticket. 4. Prepare a receipt for the claimant as proof of prize claim. 5. Verify the authenticity of all tickets using a blacklight device. 6. Submit tickets to the verification department for confirmation of validity.

Print the check and stamp with 'A/C PAYEE ONLY' and co-sign by two officials.
The claimant verifies the accuracy of payment details—name, prize amount, tax/duty—on the display screen before confirming and signing electronically.
