How to claim lottery prize for First Prize winners
For claiming the First Prize, winners must go to the Government Lottery Office on the Ground Floor.
Book your queue online in advance at www.glo.or.th, GLO Lottery App, or QR Code. One queue per person per ticket, up to 200 tickets.
Prize money is paid by bank transfer or by Krungthai Bank cheque.
First Prize payment procedure
1. Officials ask the claimant to sign the back of every winning ticket and receive a queue number. 2. Count and verify the number of tickets accurately. 3. Record the claimant's ID card or government-issued card information and ticket details into the payment system, verifying all tickets. 4. Prepare a receipt for the claimant as proof of ticket submission. 5. Check the authenticity of all tickets under a blacklight. 6. Submit tickets to the verification department for authenticity confirmation.
In case of cheque payment
Print the cheque with "A/C PAYEE ONLY" stamp and two authorized signatures.
The claimant verifies the accuracy of payment details including name, prize amount, tax, on the display before confirming and signing electronically.

The claimant verifies details such as name, prize amount, tax, bank name, and account number on the display before confirming and signing electronically.
