A construction worker with remarkable luck brought his family to fulfill a vow to "Kuman Thong Chao Sua Heng" after winning hundreds of thousands in the last lottery. He did not forget to bring "lucky numbers" from firecracker tails and ping-pong ball draws to try his luck again.
On 20 August 2026 at Ruesi Nen Shrine, Western Ring Road No. 9, Potang Subdistrict, Bang Sai District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, a large crowd of both Thai and foreign visitors came to pay respects to sacred figures within the shrine, including the world's largest Ruesi Phrommas, Kuman Thong Chao Sua Heng, Nine-Faced Thao Wessuwan, Mae Takian, the monkey spirit in Jindamanee cave, and Ruesi Kledkaew, the first Naga spirit.
Many brought various offerings to fulfill vows, such as pumpkins, red soda, rice, water, sweets, and toys, and participated in rituals including rice offerings, lifting the spirit father, chanting the million-dollar incantation over wallets, offering fruit to drape the tiger statue of Ruesi Phrommas in the great wealth pose, bathing in holy water for wealth five times, and receiving holy blessings from Ruesi Nen with Buddha relics, chanting "Na Phra Lak" golden face incantations, and hand anointing to open prosperity. All offerings given to fulfill vows are later donated by the shrine to schools, temples, hospitals, and foundations for continued use.
Mr. Attakorn Sopradit, 42, a construction contractor from Pathum Thani, arrived with a pickup truck loaded with red soda, toys, a children's soldier set, and 10,000 firecrackers to offer to Kuman Thong Chao Sua Heng after winning hundreds of thousands. He said this was his fourth visit to the shrine, and each time he has been fortunate.
He came today to fulfill his vow after winning hundreds of thousands. Previously, his youngest daughter picked a lucky number ping-pong ball in front of Kuman Thong Chao Heng that matched the firecracker tail number from the offering. Today, his daughter again drew a ping-pong ball number that matched the firecracker tail number, which were 975 and 42.
