Married Couple Joyfully Wins 12 Million Baht First Prize Lottery, Drawn to Number 640

A married couple joyfully won the first prize lottery, receiving 12 million baht. They said they were drawn to the number 640 when buying, finding it a beautiful number. They plan to use the money to pay debts, share with their parents, and save as capital to care for their family.

On 17 Sep 2026, it was reported that at 23:00 on 16 Sep, Mr. Phitsanu Warin, 39, a general laborer, together with his wife, Ms. Panadda Suwanrat, 38, a private sector worker, went to the Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Police Station to file an official record after winning the first prize lottery for the draw dated 16 Sep 2026, holding number 730640 for 2 tickets, totaling 12 million baht.

Ms. Panadda revealed that she purchased the lottery tickets through a younger acquaintance in a lottery seller group, who sent images of various tickets to choose from. She saw the ending digits 640 and felt they were beautiful, so she selected two adjacent tickets numbered 730640, buying them at 180 baht each.

Before buying, she did not expect to win the first prize, only thinking they might win some smaller prize. When the results were announced and their numbers matched the first prize, she called the seller—who was live streaming a product sale—to confirm the winning number, and the seller confirmed they had indeed won the first prize.

After learning they had won 12 million baht, she called her parents first. Both responded with joy and asked if it was true, and she confirmed the win.

Regarding the prize money, Ms. Panadda said she intends to use it for business investment, debt repayment, as well as saving it as capital to support the family and care for their child. She also plans to share part of it with her parents and make merit when possible.

Additionally, after confirming their win, the couple traveled to Khon Kaen to collect the tickets from the seller, then returned to keep them safely and went to the Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Police Station to file an official record as proof of ownership of the winning tickets worth 12 million baht.
