On 21 September 2026, reporters observed that Don Yai Temple in Khlong 8, Lam Luk Ka Subdistrict, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani, was bustling with devotees and spiritual believers. Many came to pay respects, pray for blessings, and fulfill vows to Thao Wessuwan, Ai Khai, Mae Nang Kwak Somboon Sap, and other sacred figures within the temple. Thao Wessuwan especially commands strong faith among believers and visitors, as many who prayed here have reportedly achieved success and their wishes fulfilled. This has led to a continuous flow of visitors coming to pray and fulfill vows throughout the day.
Ms. Thamolwan Jaiya, from Khlong 5, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani, owner of Genius Design and Decoration Company Limited, brought 2,000 firecrackers, a 9-meter-long garland of red flowers, 18 bottles of red soda, and other offerings to fulfill a vow to Thao Wessuwan after successfully securing a construction and interior decoration contract as she had prayed for.
Ms. Thamolwan said she runs a construction and interior contracting business. Previously, she had prayed to Thao Wessuwan for projects with high value. She had come to pray about four to five times before, and each time she succeeded as hoped. This made her very happy and she believes the blessings have brought her continuous work opportunities.
Most recently, she secured interior decoration contracts with a substantial budget. She submitted proposals to two branches and won contracts for all the branches she applied to, totaling over 2 million baht. Today, she came to fulfill her vow to show gratitude and faith to Thao Wessuwan. Before leaving, she also lit firecrackers and received auspicious numbers 56, 478, 65, and 893 to take home for lottery hopes.
Mr. Samai Ritpakdee, from Nonthaburi, brought 24 bottles of red soda and offerings to fulfill a vow to Thao Wessuwan after winning over 40,000 baht in lottery prizes from his prayers for luck.
Mr. Samai said he first learned about the sacred power of Thao Wessuwan through social media. Inspired by this, he prayed for luck in lottery draws. After receiving winnings as he wished, he returned to fulfill his vow as promised. He has won four times consecutively and believes these fortunes came from Thao Wessuwan’s blessings. Today, he brought offerings to fulfill his vow and before leaving, he lit incense to divine the number 019 to take with him for the next lottery draw.
