How to claim first prize lottery winnings
To claim the first prize, winners must visit the Government Lottery Office on the ground floor.
Book your queue online in advance via www.glo.or.th, the GLO Lottery app, or QR code. One queue per person per ticket; tickets must not exceed 200 copies.
Payments are made by transferring prize money to a bank account or by Krungthai Bank cheque.
First prize payment procedure
1. Officials will have claimants sign the back of each winning ticket and issue a queue card. 2. Count and verify the number of tickets for accuracy. 3. Record ID card or government-issued card data, enter ticket information into the payment system, and verify the count of all tickets. 4. Prepare a receipt form for the claimant as proof. 5. Verify the authenticity of each ticket using a blacklight machine. 6. Submit tickets to the verification department for authenticity confirmation.
In case of payment by cheque
Print the cheque, stamp it with A/C PAYEE ONLY, and have two authorized signatories sign it.
