A lucky female company employee won more than 50,000 baht and brought her family to make a merit offering of 200 kilograms of pumpkin to the Prah Mett Ruesi spirit. Before leaving, she made sure to observe the auspicious incense numbers for another chance at luck.
On 5 October 2026 GMT+7, reporters noted that at the Ruesi Nen Hermitage in Potang Subdistrict, Bang Sai District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, many people came throughout the day to pay respects to various sacred entities within the hermitage despite rainy weather. Many brought offerings to make merit after receiving blessings.
People brought rice, drinking water, pumpkins, and fruits to make merit to the Prah Mett Ruesi spirit; red syrup drinks, snacks, toys, and pizza were offered to the wealthy Kuman Thong spirit; traditional Thai clothing, shoes, and cosmetics were offered to Mae Takhian; and red roses and red syrup drinks were presented to the nine-faced Thao Wessuwan spirit.
Additionally, many visitors received blessings from Master Ruesi Nen Thad Buddhakun, who performed the 'Na Phra Lak Na Thong' incantation and anointed their hands to open their wealth luck, bringing auspiciousness.
Among them, Ms. Oh, a 44-year-old company employee from Phitsanulok Province, came with her family bearing 200 kilograms of pumpkin to make merit to Prah Mett Ruesi after asking for luck and receiving more than 50,000 baht. Before leaving, Ms. Oh observed the auspicious incense numbers in front of Prah Mett Ruesi, which showed the number 029 to try her luck in the upcoming lottery draw.
