Grand Ceremony at Second Kamchanod Lok Event Lottery Enthusiasts Seek Lucky Numbers for 1 Nov 2026 Draw

A grand consecration ceremony for sacred amulets was held at the second Kamchanod Lok event on Kamchanod Island, Udonthani Province, with lottery enthusiasts seeking lucky numbers for the 1 November 2026 draw.

On 27 Oct 2026 GMT+7, reporters at the shrine of Grandfather Srisuttho and Grandmother Sripathumma on Kamchanod Island, Ban Muang Subdistrict, Ban Dung District, Udonthani Province, witnessed large crowds of devotees attending the grand ceremony. The Kamchanod executive committee organized the Buddhist consecration of sacred amulets of Grandfather Srisuttho and Grandmother Sripathumma, named the “Naka Kamchanod Lok Great Fortune, Wealth, Rank, Money, Gold” edition for the year 2026. This was part of the "Kamchanod Lok Second Event" held from 26 to 31 October.

In the layperson segment of the ceremony, Dr. Phanu Prawattana, advisor to the Deputy Minister of the Interior, presided over the lighting of the victory candle at the ritual table. Then, the “Phor Jam Kamchanod,” spiritual leader of the Wangkanin Kamchanod, led the traditional ancient ritual to pay respect and inform the sacred spirits.

The ceremony proceeded with the Buddhist consecration of the statues and medallions of Grandfather Srisuttho and Grandmother Sripathumma. Phra Kru Suwimon Thamphithak, also known as “Luang Pu Wern Kunessako,” a renowned Buddhist master from Wat Burapha Khok Khruea, presided over the monks' segment by lighting the victory candle. Several famous monks joined in sitting in meditation, chanting Buddhist scriptures to invoke blessings throughout the ceremony.

The highlight eagerly awaited by lottery enthusiasts was the lighting of the auspicious incense sticks at the ritual table for fortune-telling. At the ceremony’s conclusion, the prominent numbers revealed were 816 or reversed as 618. Many lottery fans photographed these numbers to use as guidance for their luck during the upcoming post-Buddhist Lent festival lottery on 1 November 2026.
