Future Trends Continues Strong with Future Trends Awards 2026 Honoring Top Trend Leaders of the Year

Because the future is not meant to be "waited for" but "created," in a world spinning faster than ever where change has become the new standard for business, Future Trends has returned with great momentum.

To honor organizations and leaders who not only keep pace with global trends but boldly shape the future through innovation, sustainability, and genuine understanding of the workforce, we delve into the success behind 200 quality awards that set new industry standards this year at the 'Future Trends Awards 2026'.

The 'Future Trends Awards 2026' recognize the top trend leaders of the year by celebrating the achievements of organizations, brands, products, and individuals with outstanding creative initiatives that generate broad social value.

Thanachot Wisutsaman, CEO of Future Trends, the event organizer, said that the more than 200 quality awards for organizations and leaders represent those who do not wait for the future to happen but rise to create our own future, because we believe the future belongs to those who see it first, adapt first, and act.

Today’s event is not just about giving awards but about honoring the courage to change and to lead organizations through uncertainty toward a better future more swiftly.

“It is undeniable that amid rapid changes in the business world—whether technological transitions, the sustainability movement becoming a survival requirement, or new workforce expectations—Future Trends Awards 2026 are designed as a benchmark to honor organizations and leaders who not only keep up with changes but drive them with vision and demonstrable results,” Thanachot added.

This year, a total of 201 awards were presented across four categories:

  • The Future Corporate Awards,
  • The Better World Corporate Awards,
  • The Most Beloved Employer Awards,
  • The Leader Awards.

The first category, The Future Corporate Awards, honors organizations that create positive social and industry impacts (The Most Impactful), those driving outstanding innovation (The Most Innovative), those undergoing major transformation to become role models (The Most Transformational), brands with the most modern reputation and image (The Most Future Brand), and products that set market trends (The Most Trend Setter Product).

All awards are judged by an expert panel from both inside and outside the industry based on criteria covering strategy, innovation, economic, social, and environmental impact.

The second category, The Better World Corporate Awards, organized by Future Trends in collaboration with the Sustainable Business Development Institute (SBDi), honors organizations excelling in ESG governance. It is divided into five subcategories: Leading Environmental Product, Leading Social Product, Leading People, Leading Governance, and Leading ESG.

The committee selects companies with outstanding management approaches for interviews before awarding those with the most distinguished practices in each category, covering both publicly listed and non-listed companies.

The third category, The Most Beloved Employer Awards, organized by Future Trends together with JobsDB by SEEK, recognizes organizations renowned and respected as the most desirable workplaces by employees and workers.

The results are based on expert panel assessments and votes from employees and workers nationwide, divided into four groups by age and profession:

  • Student Love (ages 18-22) reflecting university students’ voices,
  • Young Professional Love (ages 23-35) reflecting perspectives of emerging career builders,
  • Experienced Professional Love (ages 36-60) reflecting trust from seasoned experts,
  • Tech Professional Love reflecting voices from technology sector workers specifically.

The fourth category, The Leader Awards, are individual honors granted to leaders making tangible changes in five dimensions: Leader of Business, driving business with vision; Leader of Technology, developing and applying cutting-edge tech; Leader of Social, engaging and creating positive social impact; Leader of Leader, exemplifying organizational leadership; and Leader of Influencer, influencing broad societal thought.

All awards at the Future Trends Awards undergo a comprehensive selection and judging process with clear criteria weighted to reflect the core values of each category, evaluated by expert panels from within and outside the industry.

For The Better World Corporate Awards, the Sustainable Business Development Institute (SBDi) participates in the evaluation, while The Most Beloved Employer Awards collaborate with JobsDB by SEEK to survey real workforce votes nationwide, ensuring results reflect reality and gain acceptance across sectors.

Additionally, all applicant organizations must be legal entities with proven achievements, free of legal disputes or scandals reported in the media, to maintain the awards’ high standards and credibility.

A special feature this year is the award trophies designed in collaboration with Qualy, a leader in transforming recycled materials into new value. Made from ABS recycled plastic and fully recyclable, these trophies embody the philosophy that even symbols of success should grow in harmony with responsibility to the planet.

These awards thus affirm that “the future of Thai business and society is being shaped by organizations and leaders who do not wait for change to come but rise to create it themselves.”
