Ros Dee Expects 5% Market Growth by 2025, Taps Jamie James to Engage Gen Z

Ms. Kamolnat Sitthichokwongkamon, Seasoning Manager at Ajinomoto (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said that although 2025 will pose significant business challenges due to economic and social factors, the company sees opportunities in consumer behaviors, especially among young people or Gen Z, who demand more diverse products.

Ros Dee offers a variety of products, such as seasoning powder, ready-to-use seasoning mixes, seasoned batter mixes, soup cubes, instant soups, and noodle soups. These products have been developed to better meet the usage needs and preferences of young consumers. This factor serves as a driving force for growth under the Ros Dee brand. For the seasoning powder market this year, the company expects a 5% growth by the end of 2025.


To build new brand awareness and reach target audiences, Ros Dee launched the "Have A Nice Cook" campaign with popular Gen Z presenter Jamie James – Theeradon Supapunpinyo – representing young people passionate about cooking. The campaign aims to inspire and encourage young people to cook with Ros Dee through the "Ros Dee Let Her Try The Cooking Lifestyle Space" event to create a special experience.

A three-story building in the Banthat Thong area was transformed into a space where all generations can enjoy diverse activities under the trendy Art concept. Every inch offers a great feel and taste through an Interactive Art Space design, with workshops and chic photo corners for visitors to try and showcase their lifestyle fully on social media.


Ros Dee believes happiness comes from trying hands-on. They invite everyone to "make today flavorful together" by exploring favorite menus and the right tastes at Ros Dee Let Her Try Cooking Lifestyle Space. Interested participants can join activities at Table of Contents, Banthat Thong, from 29 November to 7 December 2025, and follow other Ros Dee events on Facebook.
