Recently, Lixil has delivered sanitary ware to improve housing and elevate hygiene standards, extending care and encouragement to residents of the Secure Homes project to support their resilience in life.

The Community Organizations Development Institute supports the development of housing for low-income people in urban and rural areas under the 20-year Housing Development Master Plan (2017–2036). It focuses on promoting housing opportunities and improving the quality of life for low-income groups by addressing problems and developing housing that meets standards with a good environment.

Meanwhile, Dr. Thaphat Atsri, Leader of Human Resources for Thailand, Philippines, and Indochina at Lixil Asia Pacific, and Tharinee Pimonsri, Leader of Brand and Marketing Communication for Lixil Thailand, together with Krisada Somprasong, Director of the Community Organizations Development Institute (Public Organization) or CODI, and Sumon Yangsoong, Assistant Director of CODI, were honored guests.

They formed a partnership to pilot the delivery of American Standard sanitary ware to the first 100 low-income families under the 'Sanitary Ware Donation for Secure Homes' project. This aims to improve hygiene for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in society in the community housing development areas along Ladprao Canal – Prem Prachakorn Canal in Bangkok and the housing problem-solving project for low-income people affected by rail system development and flood incidents in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province.

Achieving Safety Standard Certification Sathien Stainless Steel Public Company Limited, a leading Thai kitchenware manufacturer known internationally under the ZEBRA Brand and Sun’z Brand, led by Dr. Ekachai Yangvanich, Chairman and Managing Director, received the Industrial Product Standard License for stainless steel food containers specifically for safety under TIS 3206-2567. Receiving the license to display TIS 3206-2567 is a prestigious honor reflecting the company’s meticulous production standards, from selecting high-quality Food Grade 304 and 430 stainless steel materials to manufacturing under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, internationally recognized for performance, safety, and environmental responsibility.
