Dr. Banlakk Thirmongkol, Director of the Dr. Tallsters Height Enhancement Institute and holistic height expert, said that currently Thai children's average height remains 4-7 centimeters below the target standard (referencing the 2027 target data from the Department of Health), mainly due to lifestyle changes and missing the Golden Period, the crucial growth window.
As a pioneer in height science for over 20 years, Dr. Tallsters is committed to introducing this research to close that gap and accelerate Thai children’s height growth toward the goals of 175 centimeters for boys and 165 centimeters for girls as quickly as possible.
We collaborated on this research project with Mahidol University and Sathit Prasarnmit School, proving the success of the 3 Pillars approach that prioritizes 100% safety—no drugs, no surgery, and chemical-free. Data collected over six months shows children in the program exhibiting outstanding and quality height development, confirming that height can be increased through proper science to help Thai children grow tall, proud, and to their full potential.
This research was conducted with academic cooperation led by Dr. Apithai Bamrungpanitchathavorn, project head at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University; Dr. Ohm To-aj from the same faculty; along with Associate Professor Somkiat Wannachalem and Associate Professor Dr. Santi Suksat from the Elementary Division of Srinakharinwirot University Demonstration School Prasarnmit, who helped validate the effectiveness of our exclusive Sports Science program and Chiropractic structural balance techniques.
Ms. Pannarangsri Temsaweanglert, Dr. Tallsters executive, added that this project reflects their vision to elevate the wellness standards of Thai youth. We are very proud to see many participants show remarkable progress, especially those increasing their height by an average of 1 centimeter per month continuously, which is an excellent outcome impressing the research team greatly. To celebrate this success, we are awarding "The Taller, The More You Get" prizes to further support the children’s dreams.
For every centimeter a child grows taller, we grant a free continuation care course equal to the number of months of height gained. For example, a child who grows 6 centimeters receives six months of free ongoing care. This tailor-made program is designed to sustain their growth toward the set height goal sustainably and provides parents with utmost confidence that their children receive the best expert care.
Currently, Dr. Tallsters is ready to apply knowledge from this research to expand services across all branches, enabling Thai children to overcome genetic limits toward excellent height and posture in the future, with assurance of safety through natural methods without drugs or chemicals, and real results proven by precise sports science.
Additionally, this research is expected to significantly elevate height science to national research standards, reinforcing Dr. Tallsters’ position as the most trusted Height Hub in the region. In the future, Dr. Tallsters will develop training programs and nutritional supplements based on these findings to make height increase achievable for every child.

For the Children Uniqlo Thailand continues to spread warmth through clothing by donating winter clothes under the RE.UNIQLO Warmth for All campaign. This includes good-condition winter garments collected from donors at store branches during the recent winter season (September 2025 to January 2026). Uniqlo has sorted and delivered a total of 60,000 items: 10,000 to Ban Rom Sai Foundation, 20,000 to Mirror Foundation, and 30,000 to UNHCR.
These items were distributed to cold areas throughout Thailand. In addition to donated clothing, Uniqlo contributed 15,000 new Heattech items as part of The Heart of LifeWear project and organized a Children's Day event with Ban Rom Sai Foundation for over 105 children in January.
The RE.UNIQLO project aims to recycle and extend the lifespan of clothing for maximum use. The Warmth for All campaign, now in its third year, encourages Thais to donate winter clothes to cold regions. This year included a special activity sending heart-shaped paper messages with caring words from across Thailand to accompany the clothing donations to children.
