• Organized by Prajak Silpakorn District Office, Um Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, along with the Tha Ruea Talay Bua Daeng Community Enterprise, Ban Don Khong.
• At Tha Ruea Talay Bua Daeng Pier, Don Khong, Prajak Silpakorn District, Udon Thani Province.
• No venue fee.
